How to quickly find Payroll Deductions that have not been taken
Report Description: DataTerrain has built an HCM report which is designed to show payroll deductions that have not been taken in the current pay period and it will be run for each Payroll Definition. The report will ignore any deductions not taken that are less than $1 and also exclude any ‘Savings’ plan deductions. We can customize the filter criteria based on the user requirement.
This report can be run for the below parameters
• Effective Date
• Start Date
• Consolidation Group
• Payroll relationship Group
• Payroll Statutory Unit
• Person Number
• Tax Reporting Unit
This Prebuilt report is available as an HCM Extract and hence it can be run from the Checklist.
Output: The output data will have Legal Employer, Employee, Deduction Name and Code and the amount omitted for each employee. There will be a grand total for each payroll definition for all Legal Employers.
The output format of this report is Excel and it can also be rendered as PDF/CSV.
