Job Description:

As an Oracle HCM Fusion Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) Fusion applications. You will work closely with business to understand their requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure successful system implementation, user adoption, and overall business satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate to gather and analyze business requirements related to HR, payroll, benefits, talent management, and other HCM processes.

2. Design and configure Oracle HCM Fusion applications to meet requirements, including data mapping, workflows, security, and reporting.

3. Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

4. Identify and resolve system issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide ongoing support during and after the implementation phase.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure smooth implementation and integration of Oracle HCM Fusion applications.

6. Create and maintain system documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

7. Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Fusion features and enhancements, and provide recommendations to clients for process improvements.

8. Assist in the migration of data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Fusion, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

9. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to clients on HCM best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Strong experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Fusion applications, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Performance Management.

3. In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion data structures, workflows, security, and reporting.

4. Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud tools, such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), Spreadsheet Loader, and HCM Extracts.

5. Experience with system integration and data migration from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Fusion.
